Our fitness centers are designed with you in mind, from the way the fitness center is laid out, to the range of equipment available.

Ratings and reviews

The app crashes everytime you open it. Google pixel 7a, android 14. "PureGym app is not working" "Wait" button appears or "close the app" button appears. The classes don't refresh automatically either. When you try to cancel a booking I was clicking cancel for a while before the button worked. Gave up and mine was recorded as a no show because of this. There also needs to be more "get started" sessions at the gym. Most of them are on way too late in the day. Perfect times would be from 6am.

Slowest buggiest app on my phone. Whenever there's one waiting list space left it says "sorry this class is fully booked" but then you'll refresh and it still says one space left. When you're doing the workout plan and go to Spotify to change the song, when you come back all your progress in that day's workout will be lost. And it's soooo slow! Please improve!!

The app is functional but sluggish on my Pixel 6a. More of a problem is trying to get in touch with the Leamington Spa gym to know if the showers are still not working correctly. The experience of having to take a cold shower (again) was very unpleasant!

What's new

The PureGym app now supports our US and Middle east members in the same global app, where we previously had separate apps.

This significantly reduces the complexity of supporting multiple regions helping us to deliver improvements more quickly across all territories.
