The App works generally ok, but oftentimes distorts videos even though they have been fitted to the screen which is caused by how slow it loads videos. I believe that the default setting should be "fit" rather than "fill". I also am very disappointed that Aura doesn't work with OneDrive or with NAS drive storage. I regret not doing more research before buying a frame.

Easy to upload photos from my phone. Seems to have very large capacity as well. Two complaints: shortest sequence is 15 seconds, which seems a bit long actually. I also can't seem to put it to sleep, so it's running in the background constantly, which may drain my phone battery. Otherwise, it's a pleasure.

Great app, great frames, easy and intuitive to use! You can be anywhere in the world ( that has an internet connection), snap a photo and send it your Frame(s) instantly, no limit to the number of pictures , no monthly fees, no b.s.! great picture quality, i can even download from the frame back to my phone if i accidently deleted the original. i've had 2 frames for over 3 years now and haven't had a single issue with either. yup, they cost more than most, and they're worth every penny!!
