Would NOT work for my Droid turbo 2 or for my Apple iPhone 5. Called customer service and could not get through to them. I would turn anybody I possibly could away from this camera. I even bought another one to see if it was just the one camera and it still didn't work. Terrible camera very disappointed. I have a Bushnell trophy cam hd wireless and it works flawlessly I would highly recommend the Bushnell.
It works, but there's definitely room for improvement. It be nice to have a few more selections on the delay times. Goes from instant, to 10 seconds, then jumps to 1 minute. It be nice to have 20 and 30 second delay intervals. Also, in the app it only gives me the option to select 1 or 2 photos to take per trigger event, but on the website it allows up to 6. Lastly, it would be absolutely awesome to have a select all button added in the photos to make it easier to delete large amounts of photos.
Had to exchange first camera due to multiple issues and no help from tech support. Spypoint customer service is horrible if you have problems. I spent nearly 3 hours on hold over the course of 2 days and never got to talk to anyone. Through email they will only make excuses and won't address your problems. 2nd camera works great. However I have $10 cameras that take better night pictures. App has minor issues that get annoying, but overall the app is good.
Works great, only thing I noticed is the farther away you are the batteries die faster. One is 30 miles from home 7 weeks battery life. The other 110 miles 5 -6 days
Doesn't work like it says. it took 1 picture, no more after that. Can't email spypoint either. 300$ for what? a camera that doesn't work. Returned it to bass pro shop.
DO NOT PURCHASE!!..$250 camera that wont work as advertised and company does not stand behind product. Have done EVERTHING they suggest in support section of website 3 times ,but still not working. Update - Tracked down tech support , because they would not answer my request for help through their website. Now 2 months later they admitted there is a SW bug ,but could not give a firm date for a fix. I asked about returning this defective product , and they said they only do repairs, not returns. So now they say hardware is fine, so just go away until we fix SW ?!. Unbelievable - Season opener is tomorrow and have never got to use this camera in the field. I own 10 others cameras from competitors and never an issue like this. Will send complaint to Better Business Bureau and post on other websites.. Still pursuing a return, but never again will I deal with this poorly run company!
