Cameras take blurry, alternating over and under exposed images and share them at really worthless thumbnail resolution. HD pictures are only marginally better and frequently fail to upload. It's hard to tell bucks from does or racoons from pigs. App features are poor compared to competitors and overall just a bad choice. I have tried them all and SpyPoint is at the bottom of the barrel.
Hi William,
The photos sent to the app are optimized in a compact format to ensure faster and more seamless transmission, especially in areas with limited signal. However, all images are also saved in full resolution on the SD card inside the camera, so you can review it at any time. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out .

I like their trailcams they work very well and I'm satisfied with my purchase. I do recommend them. I do think their transmission fees are a bit high, but in their defense, I didn't compare them with very many companies. I would really have to do more research to be totally fair. oh, I've not had any problems with their app it works extremely well. THANKS, SPYPOINT!

Hello Bradley, thank you for your 5-star rating. Our app is completely free to use, and we offer a free plan with 100 free photos every month for each camera. Also, all photos are always saved locally on the SD card, even after you reach the transmission limit. If you need more, we offer different flexible plans tailored to your needs.

I got a few cameras replaced, but now I think it's the app. I set the camera to sync & take pics at sync, but it either doesn't sync, or take pics at sync. I constantly get notifications to insert an SD card & battery is almost dead, but when I open the app, it shows the SD card is fine & battery is at 100%. An app reinstall sometimes fixes it. In response to the company's reply, I spoke with multiple reps who looked at my SD card (which was good for the model) & other things, to no avail.
