The cameras are ok, but the app is really lacking.won't let you save pics/vid to your phone, can only view them on the cloud. (No Internet = no photo access) after 30 days they will be deleted from the cloud. if there's a photo of a big buck you want to show your friend, but the photo was taken 35 days ago... To bad! You also can't organize, sort, or even "favorite" a photo, so you'll be scrolling... A lot. I would rather switch to tacticam than paying $100 for the ability to "favorite" a pic.

Can you fix the app so we can see the names of our cameras? Only 2 characters show on gallery screen. Map function useless. Won't show your exact location to mark a camera you have to guess. And the latest update with the replay video preview sucks!! What's the point? You can't zoom, so you have to landscape to be able to come closer to seeing anything, then it quits about the time it changes to landscape. 🤷‍♂️

One of the worse trail cams I've ever had and even worse app. Half of the time I receive no photos and need to drive 4 hours to reset everything just to stop sending photos days later. Photos are sub par, app stops working multiple times per year, and camera randomly takes every minute photos every few weeks killing my batteries. Solar panel no longer works to keep camera going. Go buy yourself either spartan cameras or tactacam reveal cameras I've never had any issues with them.
