App doesn't let you make payments or it won't even open up your contract. Mine keeps showing up as my expired contact and it NEVER changes. I've talked to agents about this and they ran me through troubleshooting steps but nothing works. I'd like to use the app to not pay convenience fees. I already give enough money over.

it never works properly. Then I call to make a payment and no one ever answers or you are on hold for a very long time. I go to the office in Midlothian and its closed even though it says open until 3PM on Saturdays. I went to pay online and see there's a $2.00 convenience fee. At this point they should be paying me. Terrible.

They keep going up on the amount I owe everytime it time to renew my insurance even though I've not had one accident or ticket and then when I asked do I get any compensation for it they said no it just lowers my bill but my bill went up instead of down the app info is out of date with info too
