Ratings and reviews

Earlier we could just type in Start and end station number and we get reliable routes. But now we just type the location(no stop number) and we get very confusing routes.Very bad experience with this App.Not at all user friendly

Can't use the app to navigate my trip, even though my destination is only 1 bus stop away. This app needs to be linked with google Maps to have an easier experience. You can't set your destination using the map, you have to manually type down and search the starting destination or your current destination and the final destination.

Alot of failure and crashing in the app, needs a lot of work still. Not realible particularly for a first timer in Saudi with all the language barrier e.t.c
