I had a horrible experience with this app on three different occasions: 1. First order: Customer service assured me I would get a refund — I waited and followed up several times, but I never received anything. 2. Second order: It was canceled twice for no clear reason, and the customer support was unhelpful and unprofessional. 3. Third order: Same disappointing experience — delays, poor communication, and zero accountability. The customer service is not professional at all, and overall,

1/5 stars 🚫 - Avoid this delivery app like the plague! 🚫 They're super shady with their timing - no commitment to when your order will arrive, and they feel free to change up your order without even asking! 🤯 Not cool. I had to wait a ridiculous 1 hour and 30 minutes just to get my order, and that was after they messed with my order. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED 🚫. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. 👎

بعد الانتظار أكثر من نصف ساعة بكل بساطة يتم التواصل معي واخباري ان المطعم لا يمكنه اكمال طلبي بعد الطلب وقبوله والانتظار لحين اتصال الدعم الفني أكثر من 37 دقيقة والان كل المطاعم اغلقت. تجربة جدااا سيئة I placed an order and waited for over 30 minutes, the support informed me they couldn't fulfill my order. over 37 minutes for support to respond, Just like that. now all restaurants closed. Terrible experience.
