I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I placed an order last Monday and contacted customer service just 15 minutes later to cancel it. The representative confirmed the cancellation, yet the order status continued to show as "under process." When I called again, I was told the system would update soon—but instead, a few days later, I received a notification that the item had shipped. if you are ordering on the App, and they the only logistics/Delivery option is Shorages ( شورجيس) then DO NOT PURCHASE. the logistics company is damaging Reefs reputation and resulting in way too many dissatisfied customers. until Reef offer/find an alternative delivery company. avoid at all costs..better to visit in store

I have ordered perfume since last 7 to 8 days as per policy they have to deliver me in 4 5 working days and still I haven't received my parcel. even the number which they showed on application is invalid. there is no way to communicate with these guys. very bad service
