🔺 Track your delivery in real time

Don't worry about missing the courier when you go to the store! The SAMEDAY App will notify you a maximum of 2 hours before the delivery to your address, and with the help of the application you can access the interactive map to see how many stops there are until you.

🔺 Pay the refund with the card in the application

If you prefer to pay for parcels cash on delivery, you no longer need to be ready with cash when the courier arrives at the delivery address. You can pay online, directly in the application, from the moment the package is delivered to the courier.

🔺 Redirect the order for delivery to any easybox
When your parcels with delivery to the address, but eligible for loading in easybox, are being delivered to a courier, you can forward them to any of the 3900 easyboxes in Romania.

🔺 Redirect the package to another address

If your plans have changed, you can redirect the package to a neighbor or another more convenient address, from the moment your package is delivered to the courier.

🔺 Postpone delivery

No more fear of returns when you're out of town! Postpone the delivery to the address of your choice by up to five days in Bucharest or by up to two days in other locations in Romania, once your package is delivered to the courier.

Ratings and reviews

I never bother writing reviews for apps, but this one is so useless. The app itself works fine, the one star is for Sameday. I was yet to receive a package from them, but I was not around at the time, so I thouth I might download the app since they always mention it in the emails or messages. There was an option in the app to postpone the package for up to 5 working days, but if you postpone it for more than 3 days, they just send the package back to the sender without getting in touch with you.

I recently had the misfortune of installing the Sameday App, an utterly pointless application that you need to install just to retrieve the code to open the EasyBox. Additionally, they could easily include the code in the same text message they already send to notify you that the package has arrived. This app is a prime example of unnecessary digital clutter. Later update: I did not receive any email from you. Moreover, I believe it should be entirely my decision to download an app.

App is very good and far away than competitors, but the processes are worst on delivery when busyboxes are full, stupid. Both related, so... is not about a specific awb, just improve the process (at least in app). I am not paid to think for you on feedback, you have teams to do that. And btw add a ladder to the boxes :) or a simple mechanism to easy get items from higher levels, stucked in the back. Box2Addres not possible. Stupid.
