it doesn't really work like it's should. it made me completely log in twice. and now I can't even find out how to text again. I have figured out it's a two app system. I'm not sure what the first app does but it doesn't message. or anything that I can find relevant. just a bunch of broken buttons.

horrible app! not sure why since it is not free! Getting out messages is just as bad try to send pictures that are "G" rated and it takes days to go through. I have tried over 5 weeks to set up or schedule a visit it never works! always has a error code or wants you to sign into the account to use , Im already signed in to the account !! so frustrating, someone needs to re do these apps for our loved ones that actual work!

it say "camera and audio permissions are required to use with this app". it was working fine at first but then last few days it's been saying that. and it doesn't allow me to go into the app. I've uninstalled and re-installed it. and it still pops up. need to know what needs to be done so me and my friend can continue to video chat
