Was a faithful subscriber utilizing the music books I already own to show them on the whiteboard for students in my music classes. The school no longer allows copies and we are completely digital. I own the book, multiple copies, in fact, but not PDF copies and this was a very easy way to get the visual on the whiteboard. I was a subscriber of $11.99 a month for quite a few years. Now, I'm not.

I wanted to love this app. When I first started using it I could listen to any book. Now I have to use unlocks. But I pay the extra for 3 unlocks a month. The problem is NO customer service. I had an issue a few months ago and reported it but never got a response. Now I've used an unlock for a book that won't open or download. I sent a messKindle keep checking my ticket but NO response. So I've wasted money on a book I can't read. I'm just going to cancel and stick with Audibles and Kindle.

The app does not sync well with the desktop version. A new document version updated on their website is not reflected on the app. Even though I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, I'm still getting the old version on my phone when I search for it. I wonder how long it will take for the change to make its way to my phone...
