Ratings and reviews

The app has too many bugs. It allows 8–12 hour bookings at first, then suddenly forces a 24–48 hour booking. There’s no option to customise kilometres or choose with/without fuel. Customer care is unhelpful and deducts money from refunds without giving proper reasons. Overall, Ola/Uber outstation is cheaper, more reliable, and a better experience than this self-drive service. Revv is Too expensive!

Thr cars provided to us aside I only want to point out the flaws in the UI. The app should mention the make year of the car, power output, variant and provide the actual photo of cars(if possible as this can be hard) Also, they can mention key features of a car like if a car has cruise control, android auto and apple carplay etc This will make the users experience way better Especially since some people don't have much knowledge about cars and expect to get something else buy get something else

Completely unreliable! Confirmed booking over call 2 hours before delivery and we made non-refundable deposits to another service based on their confirmation. Then 15 minutes before the delivery when we called them ourselves as we hadn't received any calls from the delivery people they told us that our booking had been cancelled!! Lost all the money unnecessarily as we couldn't find anything so last minute. We'll never book them again and would strongly recommend anyone else against doing so.
