About this app

Introducing the Care+ Diagnostic app, which is exclusively accessible to customers who are enrolled in the Samsung Care+ Program. You can now easily run diagnostics on your enrolled device when you purchase a plan within this program. If your plan is eligible, you have a generous 10-day window from the Plan Purchase Date to complete the diagnosis.

To begin the diagnosis, you must receive a valid activation code via email. Once received, you can begin the diagnostic process. You'll need a second smartphone or tablet to capture images of your enrolled device for the diagnosis. The app will walk you through the diagnostic instructions, ensuring that you capture all of the required images correctly.

After capturing the necessary images, the system will analyze the device's health based on the diagnostic results, determining whether or not the diagnosis was successful. If your diagnosis is successful, your plan will be activated, granting you access to the Samsung Care+ program.

Don't worry if the diagnosis fails; you will have a second attempt to perform the diagnosis. This gives you a better chance of addressing any potential issues with your device. Please keep in mind that if both diagnosis attempts fail, your plan will be canceled.

this app is awful!! it won't take me to the right screen to put the activation code in!!! it keeps sending one to my email. I already have to code I need to put in, and it won't let me put it in.. This is an update from my last review! I have been able to figure out the problem and activate my and my husband's phone plans. I will say I think they should be a little more helpful and explain things a bit better to their customers when they purchase the extended warranty.

This app is complete trash. How many times to I have to take the picture. I am doing exactly what you want. Sometimes it's ok, sometimes it's not. However, instead of just retaking 1 or 2 you have to rerake every picture in the set, starting the problem over again. You should show a picture of what you want before I take the picture. 0/10 feels like a scam to deny use of the program.

I've had Samsung Premium care for years (since the Galaxy S7) and have never needed this app to verify. It doesnt work or something. I've spent 2 weeks sending more and more pictrures and video and they still reject it. Don't do it. Just cancel and use your carriers service. I'm so done. I went from happy customer of almost 10 years to telling people to avoid.
