doesnt work/load anything. log in, it shows your loan and everything but you click on it and all it does is appear to try to load your information forever, you can click on a few other tabs and all it says is an error occurred try again later, you try hours, days, whatever later and its fhe same thing. unusable app that doesnt provide information other than that yep, there is your loan.

Every month I go thru the same thing. User name and password aren't recognized. Cannot actually get into Shellpoint at all now. If any penalties are added to my account. Lawyers will become involved. I am also going to check in to see if my local bank will transfer the loan to them.

Very clear and easy to use. I'm able to find all the details about my loan fairly intuitively. I like it much better than my previous lender.
