To use the Simmons Bank Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a Simmons Bank Online Banking user. If you currently use our Online Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Online Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

I have a hard time with this app loading. I keep getting "something went wrong on our end" messages when I go to check my balance. The original app gave me the occasional problems loading but I've been getting this message off and on for 2 days on the newer one. It's really annoying when I'm trying to pay bills and buy things for my home and make sure I'm not going over.

If you enjoy checking your balance multiple times a day, even though you've performed transfers with the app and performed ATM deposits, because the balance won't or can't update, then love arguing with the bank only to have them snatch fees out of you, then this is the app for you! Unreliable. Not worth a darn. After three instances of this (and the previous versions) costing me money since the bank takeover, I'm done with this bank.

Confusing, not well organized, combines accounts, was hard to learn. Poorly done. But dont start over, because after 4 months we finally got a handle on it, we think... Not changing rating. Was the hardest banking app we have ever used. Wife and myself agree. But if you change anything now we might reduce our rating. When Simmons bought out Landmark learning your confusing app and at same time when we needed money for a large purchase really made things bad for us. Landmarks app was far better.
