I love the app and how detailed, useful, and dependable it is but I wish finding how to manage my membership was easier. I have a diamond subscription but it automatically added a free trial thing to my account and its about to charge me WAY more than I wanted to pay because I cant figure out how to unsubscribe to the extra feature...grrr lol

Although I love most of the features on this app, the voice prompts are too loud. I enjoy listening to podcasts, sermons, and soft music while driving. I keep my volume at a level that is comfortable for me (not loud). The voice prompts sound like they are yelling! I have reached out and asked if there is a way for me to lower the volume of the prompts in the app, but someone responded with a suggestion to lower the volume of my device. My device isn't the problem! Please fix this.

Isn't free anymore, I'm just a part time driver, so it's not worth paying for something I'm only going to use 5-6 times a year, if that. It was decent though, although it did lag a few times I noticed, so lucky I caught it, or it would have cost me a good amount of time on my trip. I'm only giving it 2 stars because of the lag, and because I thought it was free, and because they should have a cheaper plan for part time drivers.
