Great app to use and invest. Can be even better if we could invest in international assets as well. There should also be a way to know how much one has spent on fees and subscription charges easily to be more aware of total investment and subscription fees. Overall, solid product.

One of the worst app to if you run into issues with your order. They only have articles and the app does not take resolve ur issue via live chat. Customer care number nobody pick up. Even though I have a sizeable folio on the platform the app experience is worst

Very disappointed with Smallcase support. My AutoPay failed due to what appears to be an issue on their side. Instead of investigating, support keeps pushing me to create a new UPI mandate and resubscribe. This leaves the old mandate orphaned and potentially active, as they haven't cancelled it. Failures in payment systems happen, but refusing to acknowledge, investigate, or fix them is unacceptable. The ongoing support conversation has been frustrating and unhelpful.
