On my 3rd pulse, the newest version and had difficulty pairing. Finally got the device manager to find it. So, after many attempts and reading through people's post I turned on the location on my phone. Viola it found it, don't know if that was the issue, but it found it:-) definitely like it when it works!!

displays only an empty window with large red button to "save", (save what I have no idea), then if you click save (because it's all you can do) it tells you you must choose a device to continue, but there are no devices listed. And you can't refresh or navigate away from that "save" window. I uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing changed. Garbage.

I have had this app for 4 months now. I have had on and off problems using it outside of the gym. The app would just shut down and stop tracking. Frustrating for sure but not the end of the world. I do like tracking my workouts on the app rather than email. However, that has now stopped too on 7/27/19. The instant tracking is motivating. Again, not the end of the world. It would be nice if you could come up with a fix for all of these problems. Your gym is a great quality workout place tho. Thx!
