UNV-Link User is a mobile surveillance client app. With this app you can access surveillance products(Network Cameras,Network Speed Domes,NVRs) through network and view live or recorded video, receive alarms and manage cloud devices using your mobile phone.

the application needs development since it's not showing accurate time and if we are trying to change the time or sync with the mobile it's not happening and also we are able to set the manual timing as well. also we can't able to see multiple camera recordings at the same time. If they are implementing the same EZ view ui and ux it will be great. please resolve this issue ASAP

I downloaded this on my Android for my UNV cameras and it is not a user friendly app, especially for a basic residential camera setup. I do not receive notifications no matter what I change in settings. The camera views do not automatically come up when you enter the app among other shortcuts on this new app. Unfortunately I deleted the previous UNIVIEW app and now it no longer exists. So I am stuck with this useless one.

I cannot add a device with QR code using my Pixel 9 Pro XL phone within the app. Sometimes the app crashes when I try to do so, and other times it brings me back to the team page and doesn't show that it has added the device. However if I load the app on my Pixel 5 phone and scan the QR code to add a device, the device is added. Please fix this issue, as I have a business centered around Surveillance and Security. I'm sure many others do as well.
