Worst Experience, I couldn't even register myself. I started my process in January and it's mid of March now and it's still not resolved. They even took the registration fee that is required to sign up. Plus the customer service and help centers are so bad they give reply after 3 4 days and that too isn't much of help to resolve the issue just some copy paste temple they get from the company. I haven't been refunded too. I would recommend never to use this app worst experience in my life.

Poor Service - Don't Waste Your Time! It's been 3 weeks and my account is still not active. They are slow, unresponsive, and keep asking for documents repeatedly. Their WhatsApp support takes 4 days to reply. I am deleting the app. Don't fall for their ads; their backend support is a total failure.

very frustrating and bad service. first of all i could not open an account, they ask you to enter code sent by email or message but it never arrives, secondly no system of forget password, and then atlast when i opened the account, it keeps on loading forever when i click to switch to learner account.
