A little bit complicated. For example, to download my statement for my VISA credit card, it's a bit too combersome. To make it more simple, as soon as you login to your bank application, there should be a menu of up to 4 options with each account a person has with your bank. That would include, Make a Payment, Statement, Activity, more... (for anything else). This would simplify banking with Partners so much more! I guarantee it! This is what other major Banks do!

The last version worked. This one does not. I think they really missed the mark on this one. I have a Samsung s6 and the app is slow to load, and is lacking functionality that the last one had. I can no longer use the finger print login. I called member services and they assured me that I can and that it must be something I am doing wrong. When I go to the settings menu and try to change it there is no other option password. Very Very frustrating....

The app overall is clunky. The accounts pages are cumbersome and clicky. You can't see who the charge was for on the main account page because of long lines of banking mumbo jumbo. In order to see who the merchant was, you have to click on each charge individually. Then the back button on the phone doesn't work, you have to use the in-app arrow which takes you back to the very beginning of the ledger, not the merchant you were at. It's very hard to track spending with this app.
