Bought the device on 9-28-20 based on recommendations from a friend. Got it, downloaded the app, and 10 days later, I'm still not connected to the internet. Bought the day pass, but can't connect the device with my account. But the real reason for one star review is horrible customer support. I can only hope the internet service once I actually get connected, is better than the 24 hr response time for every email and zero phone support from this company.

The app works perfectly with the Solis Lite. It is a seamless experience and simple to use the app with the device, even for those not terribly tech savvy. We purchased this for an overseas cruise and we're not expecting it to work in many places that it did. The convenience of being able to connect up to 10 devices at once was wonderful and the device itself is extremely portable. We definitely recommend Solis for a more affordable, convenient connection option during international trips.

Unreliable, connection problems. I wrote a previous review that was probably too harsh because I was pissed. Now that I've calmed down I have to say, this is still excellent when it works. But I constantly have connection issues. I have to delete cache and app data before trying to connect. That usually works but they need to fix the bugs for me to give it a higher rating.
