Glitchy, can't sign up. Have entered information to create an account three times, keep getting error code 500. Deleting this junk!

I'm trying to sign up but whenever I uploaded or take a picture of my stuff that it needs to move forward it keeps taking me all the way back to the beginning

Doesn't work. I haven't received a single order no matter how long I'm logged in. Whenever I log off I get a notification saying to stay logged in because I'm missing orders. What's the issue? And I can't reach anyone. I've sent 4 emails regarding my issue with no response!
