Invitation Homes just took over my rental from a different property management company. This app is absolutely horrible. As many others have said, you can give permissions to use camera or access photo library, but it never works. I have also clicked on the home screen where for example it says I have two work orders scheduled, you click on it, and then it says no work ordered scheduled. Just a really poor app that a lot of others are also saying, yet there seems to be no action to fix it.

This is the BEST & easiest app for maintenance. I always get to schedule my work order myself. So I know that I can be available. They also have everything you could think of & much more that I wasn't even aware were part of maintenance duties. I just kinda played around with the selections & it blew my mind to see how much they actually can do to help you. GREAT for renters.

You can't upload photos from your camera. You have to take the photo within the app. That's beyond annoying because in the moment there's a sudden burst of water coming out or if the incident isn't constant, you have to stand there with the app open to take the video/photo.
