due to the geographical area I live, I do not have the option for many internet providers and the few I've used the internet and wifi is pretty spotty. since I've been using starlink the past year, I've had absolutely no issues. great service! great for streaming movies, music, and games. not to mention use of wifi for education purposes. never run out of data! and super easy to install an d hook up!!

great except when it goes down which isn't very often. Very easy setup. We're on year four and have had one hardware failure which starlink promptly replaced and the recent global software issue which affected us for about 24 hours. the speed has gone down as more people use the service but it's still adequate.

I was hesitant about Starlink. Traumatized by Hughesnet, I guess. I am writing this review in the middle of one of the worst storms I've had in my location in many years. We lost signal for maybe 6 minutes. The speeds are fast, much faster than I anticipated. It has maintained a very reliable connection (despite being satellite) with a low latency. I was using 2 terrestrial broadband internet services and cellular service costing 250 per month. Neither came close to Starlink. Highly recommend!
