Rated the app several times and it still nags me to rate it. I'll remove this once it stops nagging me. Edit: three months later, it still nags. And it breaks randomly and charges you for the ride anyway. It's a shame but this app is unreliable and support is awful if they respond at all. Edit: year later, checked out app again. It still breaks all the time, making your passes worthless. Customer service just never answers emails or calls. Stay away!

Compared to Spin Scooters: Link scooters are less comfortable, more jittery when off acceleration, and slower. But the Link app has far better UI, responds quicker, and getting on a scooter is relatively easy and quick (better than doing a test for the 500th time with Spin). It's a nice way to go around town and Link scooters seem to be far more available than Spin (in the Baltimore metro at least, idk about other cities). The scooters should be better though.

At the beginning it was awesome this was the first scooter I seen. So I tried it out and hell yeah worked out perfect. Plus it got me to work way faster then getting a ride or being on cta. Simple fact being that they are compacted and able to go through different streets and did not get stuck in traffic. Just the pricing and the rides could be better deals I work but barely able to ride the as much as I would love to have
