Ratings and reviews

Due to lack of Bluetooth audio streaming, the app is almost pointless. Yes, you can control the swing with the app, but there are buttons on the swing that do the same thing. You typically start the swing at what setting your baby prefers, then leave it there. Don't really need an app to control that. What I was hoping for was the ability to play sounds (babbling brook for example) through the speaker as opposed to the limited selection of 4 tinny and TV static sounds that are on the device.

Would be nice if it worked. Simple design, easy to use, but good lord I have never had another Bluetooth product that was less reliable than this one. Probably 9 times out of 10 I'll have "trouble connecting" and have to choose between giving up on the app or going over to unplug and replug the bassinet while my baby is sleeping in it (interrupting the movement, hoping it doesn't wake him up).

The original review was from 10/4/24 ...Has potential if it worked. The app doesn't work. I've troubleshooted several times- for several months. You install, uninstall-->pair, then unpair - connect, then disconnect. It does not connect to your phone properly.. meaning when you open the app, it says connecting and that's it! At one point it did connect and you can't play your music such as spotify etc through it either. It's a simple app that does not work. It's sad.
