The most annoying 5hinh about this app is their lack of support, which is a bot that has been conditioned in a certain way. It offers no help to technical issues like, buying telegram stars and not getting credited. It just keeps repeating the same prompt, annoying the user. When you make a transaction of significant amount and not credited, they tell you to do the stupidest things. Very irresponsible to the vote!

The only support you get from Tonkeeper is being told to 'do your own research.' When issues arise on their end, the app becomes completely unreliable. The support is just as frustrating, they seem to spend more time responding to one-star reviews than actually addressing the problems with the app. I’d recommend staying away from this wallet if you’re looking for reliability and proper assistance.

I didn't find any bugs or glitches or any of major problems . But I didn't give it 5 stars cause it takes too much of the fee. Like , if you do any mining and you want your paycheck trough this app " tonkepper" then at first you would definitely give them some additional fee like " the gash fee , network fee etc." I am not saying that they should disable this feature. I'm just saying them to decrease the rate of prices and fee that we have to pay.
