I rely on remote locks to effectively run my short term rentals. Take it from me, this TT Lock is NOT something you want to invest in. Once you manage to get it set up, it will work fine, until it doesn't. If one small thing goes wrong with the gateway (let's say it gets unplugged, which happens occasionally), you won't be able to fix it without physically being present. You literally need to be next to the gateway and door lock, which is bad if you're halfway around the world?

Works "OK", but can't get it to remote unlock (only works when I'm at home, not remotely)! I can't get a hold of Customer service, no phone numbers, no real contact information to speak with someone about it. Surprisingly, fingerprint does work, but only occasionally (smh), and for some reason my lock just "beeps" as though the buttons are being pressed (when they're not)...even after I cleaned them off, it still continues to "beep"!! It was annoying at first, but I learned to live with it!

I rather like the app. There are some fundamental problems that need to be addressed before I'd consider using it again. It seems that if you invite someone TO YOUR lock who has been invited to another lock on this app via email - the invitee will never be sent an email. I am all for monetize your app. Do it on the number of locks. Buying a "pack" of emails is ridiculous.
