TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! If you need to speak with an agent, good luck because all I get is bots and when I finally do get an agent they just ignore my questions and disconnect me. Over an hour wasted with these stupid chat bots. I'm at risk of losing my flights because of a strike and these people refuse to help. Don't waste your money on this app!

I never signed up for this app, yet I am getting charged for it. How does this happen? The address for this company is in Delaware, yet the phone number is in the United Emirates. ???

Popup ad appeared while trying to get a flight with Jet Blue Airlines. Lower prices were promised on Dreampass. Round trip on Jet Blue from Tampa, Fl. to Newark was $277.90. I was billed $390.97. THEY added extras that I did not ask for-like Insurance, & extras .They have refused to refund the extras--SCAM---BEWARE!!!
