Not user-friendly. The equipment they sent me has caused my bulkhead module to fail on three separate occasions. Luckily, freightliner warrants parts and labor for a year. They finally concluded it was the eld. They recommended I disconnect the eld and ever since, no problem whatsoever. Truckx refuses to replace the faulty equipment. I highly recommend staying away from truckx..

My employer is testing this ELD in my truck. This app is clunky and slow. At times I'm unable to change from Driving to On Duty after stopping. Have to turn off the truck and turn it back on to change. Not one bit impressed by the performance. It's way to slow to respond to touches and very basic looking. TruckX says they worked with drivers while making this software. I find that hard to believe. There's a good reason why this is free.

Customer service is horrible, and very difficult to understand half the time. Having to add fuel purchases through the admin web page instead of the eld directly is a pain in the rear and should be addressed. Having to manually enter it at the end of the day on a separate website instead of at the time of purchase on the $500 device I purchased to use for the eld and ifta reporting functions makes it feel like a massive waste of money.
