signed up during derby and it wouldn't let me log back in after my first bet. it's system is broken and would not allow me to log in after resetting my password like 7 times. tried to contact customer support for over an hour with no response on anything. scummy business practices and no help. don't give them your money, because they will log you out of you account and keep it

STAY AWAY! I put $100 into this account last year and bet $20 on the Derby. Logged into my account today for the first time since then and found that they'd withdrawn $5 per month "maintenance fee" all year long! Then they charged me another dollar to withdraw what was left. Thievery plain and simple. EVERY OTHER BETTING APP IS BETTER THAN THESE CROOKS!

Limited functional compared to Website. Balance doesn't update. Bets don't come through. Less options for research. The website is better all around. So therefore, as an App. This is terrible. Every App should provide the same user experience to the website.
