Ratings and reviews

As much as I have tried to use this app as my primary sports betting app over the last couple years, I can't bring myself to do it for two primary reasons. The app is extremely sluggish and difficult to move between various sports and other menus. Alternative live betting odds tend to be locked down randomly for extended periods of time. Even though there's the ability to see the alternative spreads, they are grayed out and never seem to auto refresh.

So many issues with this app. Sometimes not even able to put in bets because it just sits there and loads and loads and nothing ever happens. Constantly have to close and reopen the app. Adding on because I continue to have problems with the app, the emails and the customer service. Whenever you reach out to customer service they just send you back pre-written emails that don't answer your questions. They send offers that claim within 24 hours and you do, but then it says there was as issue

The app constantly crashes, constantly logs me out with the slightest brief moment away from the app, always sluggish, and so frustrating to use. Placing bets is often impossible, as it takes so long to do anything, the bets frequently gets suspended, closed out and grayed out before even getting a chance to place the bet. Looking between my bets and another tab or game to bet on is extremely frustrating, as it automatically scrolls all the way to the top of My Bets when I go back to that tab
