Ratings and reviews

This apps customer service is worthless. Don't bother selecting your log in options. The app changes the option about every other time I log in and CS to doesn't even answer when you ask for help. Hope you don't want to do live betting. This app is the worst of all betting apps. Especially if you start winning, then it freezes until whatever you are betting on is over and the bet is canceled or voided out.

I often need to close the app to get it to lock in on my location. When placing live bets that can be an issue as the lines are dynamic. Also, when viewing menus like player prop sections, I have to switch back and forth every few seconds because it just suddenly goes to the refresh screen and switching menus is the only thing I can do to make it reappear since hitting refresh doesn't work. I would have given the app 2 stars but it earned an extra because it saves your bet even when closing app.

This app suffers from lazy developer syndrome. The app is usable but there are constant issues from the end user experience. For example, the search feature does not work at times. You can't find any players unless you close the app and restart. Prop bets will just disappear from the screen. Live bets and scores lag, which makes it difficult to make live bet when you want to. There are so many quality of life updates that this app needs to be good.
