About this app

The Versatrans My Stop mobile app provides access to bus information and student ridership data. My Stop accesses GPS data and gives parents and guardians secure access to information on where their child’s school bus is and what time it is expected to be at their stop. My Stop also provides notifications when a student scans on or off the bus, or when the bus is late leaving the garage. School districts can also send mass notifications to all subscribed users to inform them of general information such as school delays and closings.

Versatrans My Stop is only available to families in school districts that use Versatrans to manage student transportation. Ask your district if they provide their parents with access to Versatrans My Stop.

Undoubtedly the worst, most frustrating app available. Even when functional, which is probably around 10 to 20% of the time, most of the features are useless and unhelpful. App is usually down for weeks at a time during the school year for no discernable reason. How this remains the only app available that can provide this service is seriously embarrassing

Complete garbage. This app is unstable, inaccurate, slow to respond, buggy as hell, doesn't refresh consistently, and has no manual refresh button. Poorly designed, half-assed, not properly tested, and completely unreliable. It's basically just a GPS tracker, how could you mess it up this badly? Bonus - if you try to contact them about their buggy garbage, all they do is pass the buck to the school district. Yeah, it's the district's fault that your app is unstable and unreliable.

Update: this app just doesn't work majority of the time. Even the website provided by our school doesn't work. Great if/when it works. The problem is that it doesn't always work. It seems like there was an update recently due to a changed look within the app. Ever since then I've noticed that it says no student found half the time. Additionally, it's usually a bit behind on the actual ETA of the bus. By a few minutes.
