It is quite a good app with lots of features and I personally liked the feature to study from any educator with any batch. Two things that I would like to see fixed in next updates are glitch/lagging of video during live lectures (if you skip 10 sec, then pause and then play) and this app drains battery too much as I can use my device for 9-10 hours in single time charging but using this app drains battery in around 3-4 hours. This need to be fixed as early as possible.

The rating is for platform not just the app. App is almost workable but their website is like a Web 1.0 portal, they don't want to upgrade with the scale of things they are doing now. It can't keep you logged in, struggles with log in on every new tab, is too slow, is just a store not a learning platform. Byju's is almost dead so they are not feeling any competiion to improve anything.

I'm plus student right now and after update of this app there is no option to download free classes and there pdf ... it was much better before update ... please it's a request to solve this issue as soon as possible....and also in the help support option please let us write something so that we can share our problems like this one ...there is only fixed number of problem listed .
