Overall I'm exceptionally disappointed with this television. You can't add any apps. The preloaded apps are practically paid subscriptions or the stupid random useless apps. There is always drag with the television it's difficult and not user friendly honestly the only thing that's T v's good for is the trash and it's not even 6 months old. pathetic

I have a hisense TV and can not connect across VLan. I can ping the TV from separate VLan. I have allowed forwarding of mdns on the appropriate networks and still no connectivity. The app does not allow you to add device by IP. Emailing Vidaa for support goes nowhere, they do not reply at all. I just want to know what protocol is used to establish connection from the app and tv. I also can not connect an iPhone 14 on the same network to the TV.

No muss, no fuss, no coconuts. TV instantly opened code window the moment app started. After verifying and 3 step guide app is ready to use. Just miss the feel of the buttons and the hardware layout. Touch buttons are great, until you blindly reach at the screen. While the virtual remote is perfect usable, I prefer the physical. Off to the store to get those damn AAA batteries, yet at a lifespan of 2 yrs with stock batteries, it's not that big a deal. What to do with all the extra AAs around 🤔
