Every time you log in need to click term and condition. This is the only bank in town to do so. The design is ugly and not really user friendly. Not because the Citibank credit card dept is being bought over by UOB. I won't use this bank service, have a very unpleasant experience with this bank before.

I can't make payments now after the new update. I don't have the screenshot function turned on but it keeps showing me that I have screenshots turned on. I basically have to clear my cache every 1 to 2 minutes to use this app! After clearing the cache, it can bypass the security page saying that my capture is on (which it isn't), and then need to be very fast to do the fund transfer feature quickly. Please look at this. WHY THIS PROBLEM CAN'T BE SOLVED YET??!!!!!

Dear customer, There could be some harmful apps running in your device background that is able to record/ capture your information. Please try to scan whether any harmful apps are installed in your device by Login to Play Store & click Profile > Select 'Play Protect' > Click 'Scan'. After the latest update, i cannot receieve any notifications whenever I used my PC for online transactions.. I had checked the app notification settings and already allowed it, but still do not receive.
