1. ‘Mobile video viewing’ is easy for anyone
- You can view frequently used menus, such as continuing recently viewed videos and content you have added, right on the first screen.
- When you want to find a specific scene while watching a video, if you move the playback bar, a small image appears so you can easily check it.

2. ‘My own content recommendation’ that recommends videos that suit your tastes
- Analyzes watched videos, saved videos, etc. and recommends videos that perfectly suit your taste!
- The pleasure of selecting videos you might like increases as they are recommended based on various criteria such as genre, actor, director, and era.

3. ‘U+ Mobile TV basic monthly subscription’ that allows you to watch terrestrial content for free
- Even if you sign up for the basic monthly subscription, you can watch terrestrial content for free within 4 weeks to 1 year from the broadcast date.

4. ‘Full menu’ where you can collect and view U+’s unique content
- In 'My Free', you can enjoy free content in the movie, foreign drama, and animation genres that is updated every month.
- You can enjoy popular U+ original content such as and .
- Customers who subscribe to the UPlay monthly subscription can use weekly updated theatrically released movies, foreign dramas, animations, and carefully selected OTT original content in the ‘UPlay’ menu.

5. ‘View larger on TV’ to continue watching scenes on your phone on TV
- You can watch on a larger screen and with vivid sound by connecting to U+tv.
- You can continue watching the same scene you were watching on your phone outside or on U+TV at home.

I've beeen using this app for many years, but all of a sudden it doesn't work. Whenever I tap on it to use it, it instantaneously shuts down :(

안녕하세요. 고객님, U+모바일tv 입니다. 먼저 이용에 불편을 드려 죄송합니다 해당 현상 발생 시 아래 절차대로 진행 부탁드립니다. [휴대폰 내 설정 - 어플리케이션 - U+모바일tv - 저장공간 - [필수]데이터 삭제 - 앱(업데이트) 삭제 후 재설치] 그래도 해결이 안 되실 경우 번거로우시겠지만 mobiletv@lguplus.co.kr로 고객님의 성함과 전화번호, 핸드폰 기종, 사용하시는 One ID, 단말기 OS버전을 오류내용과 함께 해당 현상 캡처해서 보내주시면 저희가 확인 후에 안내 도와드리겠습니다. 감사합니다.

I use occasionally. Ones I watched movie.and reopened. Showing notification.stopped.Close the app. Wtite your feedback.I did all.even updated. Uninstalled. Neither opened nor deleted.

안녕하세요. 고객님. 비디오포털입니다. 먼저 이용에 불편을 드린 점 양해 말씀 드립니다. 현상 지속 되실 경우 하기 해결 방안을 통해 진행 부탁 드립니다. [해결방안] 1. 내파일 또는 파일관리자에서 UplusHDTV 폴더삭제 2. 단말상 설정 - 애플리케이션 - 애플리케이션 관리에서 비디오포털 선택 후 업데이트 제거 3. usim탈/부착 및 단말 재부팅 4. 구글/원 스토어에서 비디오포털 다운 > 앱 업데이트 상기 절차로도 해결이 안되실 경우 번거로우시겠지만 U+고객센터를 통해 재 문의 부탁 드립니다. 감사합니다.
