Can't log in for over a month now. The app doesn't even load to enter the password. If you try to access rewards via website, it just shows error message. And the point system is garbage, you never know exactly what you have, how it accumulates and the way the points are applied is inadequate. Unbelievably poor experience.

Extremely frustrating experience with the app. I’ve been trying to log in for over a month now, but every time I attempt to access it, it just keeps loading without any progress. When I try to log in via the website instead, I constantly receive an error message. Why is the process so complicated? It really should be more straightforward and user-friendly.

It's simply not user friendly at all, at all!! I'm not the smartest old boy, but I've been able to navigate majority of the apps around- certainly not this one! It's just too challenging & complicated. Guys please get back to the 'drawing board' and come back with something better, cause what you've given us is more added stress that us customers don't need!
