Useless. It tracks purchases but doesn't award points. BA's command of tech is the worst, I'm surprised at myself trusting them to fly the aircraft. I thought this app was a launchpad from which I could shop online and earn points but it doesn't even award points, instead inviting me to claim them back transaction by transaction. No BA I've better things to soak up my time. Keep your points BA, this app like every other one you produce is bollocks. Uninstalled!

My log in details are no longer recognised. I've uninstalled the app twice, changed the password on the account on my laptop but it still won't allow me to log in. Very annoying as can no longer collect Avios online using my phone. And now it's blocked my account due to too many consecutive log in attempts even though I've been putting in the correct username & password! Sort it out BA!

App seems to be working a little better but never booking a hotel abroad. I booked a hotel without paying any attention to non refund/refundable option. my flight got cancelled by BA,no refund,turns out it was non refund. confirmation email didn't even state that anywhere so you can't even dispute/agree the case. I was refused a refund due to third party "Expedia" refusing it. I thought if the flight cancels through no fault of the customer then refund is due but nothing, lost my money.
