I work for a dealership and my job is to keep track of inventory. I run a Pixel 3 and when I use the app or take the photos out of the app then upload them into the program the images turn out grainy. Customer service reps are nice, but the issue has yet to be resolved. I have customers commenting on the poor quality of the images frequently.

App freezes and stops uploading pictures on a regular basis, making you redo your work. When I talk to someone (vauto) about the issues they always blame it on the my phone connection when it is clearly the app having issues. Still no fix it's only been getting worse. Regularly have to delete and redownload to to get it to work for a short time. as of 2/2019 it is still having issue with uploading, almost everyday I have to uninstall and reinstall the app so I can get back to work.

I use this app to takes pictures of cars for work. It was pretty good at first. Then there was an update and you can no longer adjust the lighting while taking the pictures or crop them. I used both features often. Then another update happened and then pictures would disappear after I would take them. Now this past week I have not even been able to take pictures at all through the app. I'm falling behind at work because I can't take pictures of any of the cars. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.
