This app and company needs a new IT developer, I cannot stress how bad this is. Major overhaul is needed. This app needs some huge changes to get up to speed. One issue is that it frequently signs me out weekly, sometimes daily. It has a hard time connecting to your servers even though I will have full service or strong wifi. And the location settings, it constantly changes your preferred store. Cmon guys please get this figured out.

First, the app is slow to load on a pixel 9a. Second, the search results suck, if you search for a 1 gallon empty paint can Ace doesn't know what that is and gives you some random results. it's better to call the store and ask what they have as they know more than what the search results can tell you. The app is good for one thing finding stores, their hours and their phone numbers.

It's pretty sad when closing down and reopening an application leads to the loss of earned rewards. I had 10 dollars worth of rewards (two five dollar coupons) which I was planning to use with my purchase at my local Ace Retailer location. When I arrived to the store and was in line for the register, my $10 was suddenly gone. This app has major problems with how clunky it is and never have I had the issue of rewards expiring just because I opened and closed an application.
