To be fair, I suspect that my issue is with the underlying service, not the app specifically. Infrequently, the service fails to fire, in my case leaving my pool pump on for hours, wasting electricity. I've partially compensated for this by scheduling backup "Turn it off, really!" scenes after the main one, which helps, but even that occasionally is not enough. Looking for another vendor. Would not recommend.

It's gotten better over the years. I really wish the communication from app to controller was more efficient / faster. Devs: how about running communication through a light compression algorithm? That would drastically boost performance when initially connecting to the controller and all that data is syncing (if it isn't compressed already.... And based on the time it takes, I don't believe it is.)

Bought the latest controller, ezlo, after wink started to suck. Same experience I had years back. You wait for your devices to appear in the dashboard sometimes minutes. Good luck trying to get a hold of support. Update 6/5 Tried support as suggested. Called and left a message, no return call over a week later Will find a different system. What a joke. Almost a year now since they updated the app. No excuse for that
