Amazing cameras and application. Options for cloud storage are awesome priced. Camera quality is fantastic The controls are simple. The application is really easy to use and set up. Couldn't be happier with a quick baby monitor camera that I can talk through and hear through right on my phone. Notifications are instant and the cameras if you get one that moves will track the person

App regularly crashes, randomly my devices will turn off, reset and just not record, even if it is scheduled to. When you press the camera or video buttons the images are saved to the cameras server rather than saved to the device using the app, so I have to rely on screenshots during livestream viewing. Cant view or upload clips or pics that are saved internally. In short, the thing does what it wants, when it wants, and never is reliable when I need it and has been that way since i got it.

Haven't been able to login to my account for 2 days now. Unable to connect to server. Connection time out. Can use the local search and the camera works. But that's it. Why have a security camera if you can't login to your account. Update: Had to completely uninstall the app and then reinstall. Works now. Did this on my own. However should never have had to do this and no one ever responded to the diagnostics that were sent. So review stays.
