I love shopping at Vitacost, but the app is awful. I'm never able to open the app. It tells me I have been blocked. When I am able to access the store in the app, the search just spends and goes nowhere. It's frustrating to not be able to shop and put things in the cart when they come to mind. I sometimes forget stuff when I'm ready to order, and then I have to wait until the next time to build an order that is large enough so I don't have to pay for shipping. Please fix this if possible.

I really like the store but the app always gives me problems. The cart page rarely loads when I want to see my cart, and to switch between searching for products, checking deals, and the cart it usually gets stuck in a reloading loop. Closing and reopening the app sometimes works but it takes forever to research a product (looking at different bug sprays) to place my order. Sometimes frustration has me walking away for a day or 2, delaying my order, or just ordering from somewhere else.

by far the glitchiest shopping app I've ever used, and it's gotten worse instead of better. *they know* their app un-applies discount codes as you shop. *they know* items you deleted days ago get added back into your cart when you press "proceed to checkout." and many other issues they never fix. it's so time-consuming i rarely place orders bc i literally need a spreadsheet to track what the final prices should be because the way they display discounts in-cart is complex & glitchy
