I downloaded this app to view the wi-fi camera I purchased. Setup was fairly simple and it worked great, until I closed it and went to bed. This morning the app either will not open or immediately gives a message that an error occurred and to clear the cache. I have done that, restarted the app, restarted my phone, restarted my router, unplugged and re-plugged the power to the camera, everything could think of and nothing works. Incredibly frustrated!

It worked great for a really long time 😁, but it hasn't been able to start now for months. Still no fix is leaving me very skeptical of if they're even going to fix it..... I own 6 light bulbs and 3 cameras and can't even use them. (UPDATE) I've found that even with downloading older versions of the app it is still failing. I have noticed a common factor. I'm always asked to change my password. I would start there to fix it (PASSWORD VERIFY) Because it NEVER REMEMBERS IT. May be the crash cause

This app is terrible! It is always crashing and I can never actually see the camera feed. I have a pet feeder with a camera and the only time it works is when I am using my home wifi, which is what the feeder is connected to. Any time I am using a different wifi or data the app constantly crashes, sometimes withing seconds of opening. This is pretty useless when I am away from home and want to check on my pets, which is what the feeder is meant for. If I could give it zero stars I would.
