It's really awesome. It helped me pick out a pair of glasses. I really like although it's kind of rigged, if you have an iPhone, the glass is the bigger on you than if you haven't Android so that's the only thing I do not like about it, but everything else is really great and I really, really like it to warby Parker. this has been the most confusing few hours I have spent in a long time. it is not easy to deal with phone apps like this that have so many steps and so much illrelevant options or things that dont work. I have still not completed ordering and am thinking of canceling glasses order and going to a glasses store instead of ordering from warby parker. I dont want apps. I just wanted to order glasses. I still dont think I can continue with this confusion.

Awful app, you can't add items to your cart without it giving an error over and over, can't submit payment if after dozens of attempts it does actually add something to your cart because that process is broken. If you switch to a computer to submit the order you then have to come back to the app to get a distance measurement but that it also broken. (You can use the website but it rejects every picture you submit). This is on a fully up to date Pixel 8 Pro, it's a poor app. I gave up.
