I have been a w concept customer for over 5 years but have experienced increasingly bad customer service. I returned a +$500 item that I purchased in December last year, and the refund has not been processed, despite the return being received at their warehouse 16 December. Customer service says that it needs to be sent on further to their US warehouse (despite shipping from Korea) before the refund is processed. However it is another two weeks and there has been zero update.

The app operates exactly like the site, so there's no benefit. The worst is that you get stuck nested pages and pages down so you can't easily skip back to home or the search option.

It's useful to have an app but the performance is really lacking. When trying to browse a brand, you have to wait minuteS before it shows anything. Which makes the app useless. Hopefully the performance can be improved
