"Server not responding" message is frustrating. 2 weeks ago, it suddenly erased everything in my cart, only to find out that it had actually placed an order, but with a pickup location that was not my default one. Also, it selected "pay upon pickup", which I never choose. The app wouldn't give me any info - I found out from a confirmation email. Edit: App seems to be working much better. Sometimes shows items that aren't available for purchase, but changing rating from 2 stars to 4.

App is extremely slow. It's quicker to boot my laptop up and log into Grainger to approve an order. App fails to load 25% of the time and even locks up for 20-30 seconds while loading pages. Can't wait till my company switches to a new supply vendor. Grainger guess what that's very soon and it's 100 of thousands a year you will be losing in sales.
