You can't do everything on the app; I had to go to the website to add in my debit/credit card. Also, when you are ready to checkout, this app doesn't automatically know the right tax amount to be calculated. Either you manually have to select the county you live in or you may get charged the right amount of tax later. RIDICULOUS!!?

Theres a few errors and options missing from checkout. The apps uptime and response times are lower than its competitors. While its doing its best to emulate the websites high quality, it fails in quite a few ways. As someone with a great deal of experience using the website and knowledge of Grainger processes, it needs an option for complete delivery in checkout and the filter tool needs work.

Used to be a decent experience to find what we needed. Now it's absolutely useless. Open app - white screen - closes. Imagine being such a massive company and going cheap on an app which makes it even easier to funnel more money into the company. Obviously a "low bidder" won the contract to make it. Guess it's time to delete the app until they get it together.
