Ratings and reviews

App freezes when items in my cart get to 10 mins remaining. I have had this issue for months on my Google Pixel 10 Pro Fold, have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing helps. I am a First Look member & have spent thousands on this site since 2024. Now there is no point to using the app, since at the 10 mins freeze, I need to exit and reload, which erases where I was in a search & I have to reset filters & try to find my last spot scrolled. But I'm saving money by not phone shopping!

App issues and Cosigner When you submit your items, you're not even able to keep track of them to see how the process is going. As they promised you could. Also, after reading all the complaints, I wish I would have read them first before I submitted my items for sell. The company takes over half of what you're gonna get on your consignment so basically, you get 45% and they get 55% and you submitted items to help them get anything. I think it's horrible. The app is horrible.

The app is heavily geared toward buyers. Not so much for sellers. It is extremely frustrating because the app will only show your sales as a dollar amount. I can not see my consignment items anywhere in the app. Also, in order to track the progress of my items, I had to save a specific email and keep referring back to it. I also do not feel like this company gives fair evels of items. Very disappointing experience. I will not be selling with them any more.
