App issues and Cosigner When you submit your items, you're not even able to keep track of them to see how the process is going. As they promised you could. Also, after reading all the complaints, I wish I would have read them first before I submitted my items for sell. The company takes over half of what you're gonna get on your consignment so basically, you get 45% and they get 55% and you submitted items to help them get anything. I think it's horrible. The app is horrible.

The app is heavily geared toward buyers. Not so much for sellers. It is extremely frustrating because the app will only show your sales as a dollar amount. I can not see my consignment items anywhere in the app. Also, in order to track the progress of my items, I had to save a specific email and keep referring back to it. I also do not feel like this company gives fair evels of items. Very disappointing experience. I will not be selling with them any more.

Site is great. App is annoying. They have great products and amazing customer service. Unfortunately, the app sends a LOT of annoying notifications with no way to configure them. I had to block all notifications on my phone settings. Would be nice to get order or sales updates, but I'd rather not have to be spammed with all their ad promotions on my notification bar to get them.
