I have been a Webroot customer for more than 10 years. Early on, I remember having to troubleshoot.That's just part of the learning process. Now, I renew every year, it's updated on all of my devices, and recognizes new devices. Ideally, all customers would have the same experience. Some customers have individual needs according to their specific products. Also, you have to factor in the type of devices, user experience, and the product (Webroot). Don't give up after one bad experience.

It functions great when the app functions. I am a long time customer and am glad to keep paying. Perfect antivirus, firewall, etc, for computer. Phone app sucks though. Constantly shuts itself off. Never had the problem with the old version. Had to reactivate it on my phone 3 times now also. I had 2 versions of this same exact phone on my account somehow using up my number of mobile devices.

Webroot worked really well when a separate app for security and browsing. When combined, I started having problems. For the last 4 months, I have had to uninstall, reboot phone, download, install, and log-in two to five times per week. Tech support are nice, but only say they are working on a solution. I should just trust that the protection feature is working. Not happy...
